I´m about to start a project with CI.
CI will not directly communicating with a database. The database data will be handled by a REST webservice i written. But where would should you put the "communication with the webservice". I know it probobly doesn´t mather if i use a Controller or a Model for that. But using the MVC approach it would be a good idea to have that communication in the Model right? The Controller will have other issues to think about.
Am i correct in that assumption? Or should the Controller handle communication with the webservice?
