Execute unlimit script

Hello friends
I have a problem in execute php script for insert many record to database
I add 10000 record in database when i run a.php script
I redirect page when it create 10000 record and inserted with header('Location: a.php');
Is it optimized or good way?
Note: I cannot access to server with noway and only execute php file from browser
Note: I have to insert 500000 record in database
