image upload error andriod

Hi To all ,
I am created API for android mobile application For Name And image upload by using Codeignter RESTfull webservers ..

without image upload API working . But if i am Selet any image that time in android side i am getting server error 403.
in android side for image upload he's using Chunks of data.
how to solve that issue
